  • How does a pre-order work?   Toys - A pre-order is an order placed for an anticipated or popular item that often sells out quickly. If you wait to buy your item until it is released, you risk seeing the item sell out before you get the chance to purchase it. We recommend you place an order of 3 months worth of stock so that you have enough for your customers in the coming months. 
  • T&C’s All pre-ordered stock will be charged to you in full once these items have landed.  Any cancellations of pre-ordered stock once landed,  will incur a 15% restocking and admin fee for stock ordered on your behalf.  Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, and therefore subject to change without notification.
  • Lingerie - a pre-order for lingerie A minimum of 6 items per style must be ordered - eg 2 x small, 2 x medium, 2 x large - or 4 x medium, 2 x large etc. 
  • T&C’s All ordered items will be invoiced to you in full on landing. Dephia cannot guarantee to order/hold more items over and above the stock that is pre-ordered - please ensure you have ordered enough for your store. Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, and therefore subject to change without notification.
  • T&C’s  Once confirmation of backorder is received, we will secure these items for you, in the requested quantities. If you do not confirm this order, stock availability cannot be guaranteed and may affect the forecasting of your product requirements in the future. Confirmation must be made within 7 days of the order date. Cancellations made after 7 days will incur a 15% restocking and admin fee for stock ordered on your behalf. We will process and invoice this back order to you as soon as stock becomes available. Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, and therefore subject to change without notification.

 

  • How long does it take to process my order? - In order to improve order accuracy and on-time delivery commitment, orders placed on the Dephia B2B site before 12h00 will be ready for collection the following business day. Order processing lead-time may extend to 48-hours if further processing time is required. In this case, the updated collection time will be communicated to you within 12 business hours of the order being received. This includes instances where changes are requested for orders that have already been picked.

 

  • I would like to use my own couriers to collect - How do I go about this? Paid shipments may only be collected from our premises between the hours of 14h00 and 15h30 Monday to Thursday (Friday 3 pm), excluding public and national holidays. To safeguard your delivery, please ensure that your courier company uses your INVOICE NUMBER as well as your Company Name and delivery address/instructions.

  

  • What payments do you accept? We accept ONLY EFT payments, no cash deposits will be accepted. Proof of payment must be emailed to info@dephia.co.za and your INVOICE NUMBER must be used as a reference. We cannot guarantee the allocated payment if the correct reference is not used.

 

  • How does a Backorder work? Items that are not available in the quantities that you requested on your original order will be placed on backorder. The backorder will be sent to you to confirm so that we can reserve the stock for you.

 

  • I have a faulty item returned – what is the next step? Your customers will need to return the faulty product to where they bought it. Direct returns from end-users will not be possible. Details of all returns must be filled out on the supplied Goods Return Note and sent to us at your cost. Manufacturer’s warranty cards must also be sent with the item if they are supplied. All returns need to be in their original packaging. A replacement or credit will be sent to you on inspection of the returned item with your next order.
